PRIVACY POLICY
Jewstar LLC. has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our
firm commitment to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we handle it. This privacy
policy only applies to transactions and activities in which you engage, and data gathered, on the JewStar.com Website,
Jewstar.com Messenger and email communications between JewStar.com members (collectively, the "Site")
but does not apply to any other Website or offline point of contact between JewStar.com, or any other company,
and consumers. Each time you visit the Site or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting the practices
described in this privacy policy at that time.
JEWSTAR AND YOUR PRIVACY
JewStar is committed to your privacy. We will never disclose your personally identifiable information to outside
parties without your express consent unless we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary
to comply with law or enforce or apply the terms of our user agreement.
JewStar is constantly evolving. New features are continuously being added to the site and Software. With these
improvements, our privacy statement may evolve. If this should happen, we will inform you through our site's homepage
and this privacy statement. Regardless of the aforementioned, we will never disclose your personally identifiable
information to outside parties without your consent.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information We Collect From You
In order to operate the Site and to provide you with information about products or services that may be of interest
to you, we may collect "personal information" (i.e. information that could be used to contact you directly
(without using the Site) such as full name, postal address, phone number or email address), "financial information"
(i.e. credit card numbers or passwords) or "demographic information" (i.e. information that you submit,
or that we collect, that is neither personal information nor financial information; this may include, but is not
limited to, zip code, postal code, hometown, gender, username, age/birth date, purchase history information, browsing
history information, searching history information, registration history information, and the content of communications
between you and other members over the Site), subject to the rest of this paragraph. Demographic information is
divided into two categories: 1) "non-public information", which consists of purchase history information
and one-on-one communications between you and other users of the Site; and 2) "public information", which
consists of all other demographic information. We ask that you do not enter personal information or financial information
into your "Profile" (for example, don't use your address or passcode as your username, or include your
name or address in your written responses), because if you do then it may be posted publicly on the Site, and the
information will then be treated as "demographic information" that is "public information."
Please note that no where on the Site do we knowingly collect personal information from children under the age
of 18, as we require that all users represent to us that they are at least 18 years old.
Personally Identifiable Information
In general, we gather from you, personally identifiable information when you visit this site and download or use
the Software. We gather personally identifiable information. We will use the personally identifiable information
(eg: your name, email and site's URL address and any other information that is personally identifiable) to communicate
with you in order to provide you with relevant Content, information, products and services. We collect this information
in a variety of ways that include: When you wish to obtain services offered through the Software or our site that
require the completion of a registration form, either on this site or on one of our Affiliate Sites. Even when
you wish to send a message by email. And when you wish to become a JewStar Affiliate Site and integrate certain
elements of our technology into your Web site. We will use the personally identifiable information gathered this
way (your name, email and site's URL address) to contact you with information and updates addressing Affiliate
Sites. It is not required to become a JewStar Affiliate Site in order to use this site and the Software. It also
includes when you wish to participate in contests that we conduct, we ask you for your email so we can contact
you when necessary. Also, when you opt-in to one or more of our mailing lists or pop lists or the mailing lists
of our affiliates or sponsors to receive either direct emails, pop-ups from us or information from any of our affiliates
or sponsors. Direct e-mails and pop-ups from us may include information regarding our sponsors or affiliates. We
will send you direct emails and pop-ups (newsletters, updates etc.) every once in a while. You can always opt-out
of receiving future mailings and pop-ups (see the "Opt-out" section below). If you opt-in to receive
information from our affiliates or sponsors, we will provide such affiliates or sponsors with the personally identifiable
information you provided during the registration process for this purpose. We advise that you read the privacy
policies and statements of the affiliate or sponsor from whom you have opted-in to receive information before you
do so.
JewStar scrutinizes its logs of usage paths and stored Search Terms, collected from users to determine Web usage
of users and to build web usage profiles. JewStar uses these web usage profiles and stored Search Terms to determine
which Content and information to provide to you via the JewStar system.
In addition, the URLs we collect sometimes contain personal information about you. For example, when you enter
information on a Web page (e.g., when you complete an online registration form or sign up for a contest), the operator
of the Web site may insert that information into its URL for that or the next page. This information often appears
after a question mark ("?") in the URL, although it can appear in other places. This means that your
name, your address, your email address, or similar information you might consider private or personally identifiable
which you enter into a Web page sometimes becomes part of a URL that is then transmitted to JewStar and automatically
stored in JewStar databases. This can also occur with words, topics, products, or phrases you enter into search
engines - whether those engines are provided by the Service itself or found elsewhere on the Web - while using
the Service. JewStar has no control over what information third party Web sites put into their URLs or where they
put it, but any information in each URL is collected and stored by JewStar when you are using the Service.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER AND TRACK
When we gather personally identifiable information, it is for the main purpose of providing you with a quality,
timely Content and services. In addition to the use of the personally identifiable information when providing the
service itself as described above, this information may be used to identify demographic trends and generate statistics
of usage and popularity of the services, so we can improve them. We will not provide your personal information
to third parties directly, however we will use the information to determine what Content and services to communicate
to you. We may provide Personal Information to third parties if we believe, in good faith, that such release is
reasonably necessary to comply with law or enforce or apply the terms of our user agreement.
JewStar also gathers certain non-personally identifiable demographic and other information from its users such
as zip code and age.
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as technical support services.
To perform those functions, it may be necessary for them to obtain access to JewStar databases and servers, which
may contain personally identifying information about users. They may not use such access or information for any
purpose other than that for which they are retained.
In the event that JewStar or substantially all of its assets are sold or acquired, the Service and all information
collected by the Service would be transferred to the acquiring party. In any such transfer, however, such information
would remain subject to any terms and conditions applicable to the Service at the time the information was collected,
including the terms of this Privacy Policy and any amendment thereto.
We may utilize other companies to supplement our data. In order to supplement our data, we may be required to transmit
Personal Information to them.
Special Cases in which we Share Personal and Financial Information
Your personal information or financial information may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer
of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy. We may also disclose personal information or financial information when
we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, to cooperate with law enforcement
or to protect the interests or safety of JewStar.com or other visitors to the Site. Whenever personal information
or financial information is disclosed under this paragraph, we may also disclose your demographic information along
with it, on a non-anonymous basis. All of our parent, subsidiary and affiliated legal entities and businesses that
receive your personal information, financial information, or non-anonymous demographic information from us will
comply with the terms of this privacy policy with respect to their use and disclosure of such information.

our efforts. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to determine whether any portion of the Service is inappropriate
for your child.
SOFTWARE UPDATE
The Software is designed to check for the availability of software updates to ensure that you enjoy the latest
improvements of the Software. When the Software checks for the availability of software update, anonymous information
about the Software version and installed components are sent to our Web server.
CHOICES/OPT-OUT
Our site provides you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request
information about you. To remove your email from our mailing lists, please send your request to JewStar.com.
SECURITY
This site and Software have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information
under our control. A limited number of employees have access to the database that contains personal information.
Such employees are instructed and trained to maintain the database while keeping the privacy of the users.
CONTACTING US ABOUT PRIVACY
If you have any questions about this privacy statement, the practices of this site, or your dealings with this
Web site, you can contact us at JewStar.com.
Internet Protocol Address
An Internet Protocol ("IP") address is a set of numbers that is automatically assigned to your computer
each time you connect to the Internet. When you use your Web browser to request a Web page from another computer
on the Internet, your Web browser automatically gives that computer your IP address so that the data you request
can be sent to your computer. For many users who access the Internet from a dial-up Internet service provider (ISP),
the IP address will be different every time they log on ("dynamic" IP addresses); others may be assigned
only one IP address that remains the same from session to session ("static" IP addresses) (more common
with broadband ISPs).
Uniform Resource Locator
A URL (or uniform resource locator) is the full Web address of a file or document you view when browsing the Internet.
With most browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, the URL of every Web page that you
view is displayed in a window near the top of the screen. Typically, a URL consists of four parts: protocol, server
(or domain) where the file is located, path, and filename. However, some URLs have no path or filename.
Usage Paths
A usage path is the trail of requests automatically transmitted to and logged by Miamimatres as a user surfs the
Internet with the Software installed. Usage paths may consist of, but is not limited to, the following data for
each Web page visited by an JewStar user: (a) the IP address assigned to the user; (b) the date and time the Web
page is visited by the user; (c) the user's browser type and version; (d) the user's operating system and version;
(e) the user's User ID; and (f) the full URL that the site assigns to the Web page.
